Peter Franks, one of the London PI's working for scientology, has been talking to as many of Therese's friends in England as he can as well as my former business partner. Franks has laid out the following strategy:

My former partner, Therese and the children are the most likely targets to "track" in order to bring pressure on me to stop. My former partners office and home (wife + children) have been regularly picketed and leafleted for several weeks. Franks says they will go after Jeff's clients, including picketing the Nigerian delegation to the IMF meeting in Washington, D.C. October 4-8. Franks claims Jeff is going to be caught in a web of IRS tax investigations of me and claims 2 IRS agents they are working with are about ready to pounce on me. Due to the 7 year statue of limitations, scientology figures Jeff will also be ensnared unless he does something to help them.

Franks has said that each and every neighbor of Therese will be visited in Boston and the whole ugly scene will be laid out for all to hear. The children's schools will be targeted for the same campaign which will include teachers, administrators and parents to paint me as a pariah.

Further, scientology is having a hard time understanding why Therese won't accept their help. "We don't want to hurt Therese because she's such a good lady" Franks said, "we're willing to assist her," he continued.

Police in England have taken an interest in this matter.

I suspect this won't work better than the time last year when "Michelle Janney" sent self-described pornography directly to staff and elementary schoolchildren at the Pacific Union School in Arcata, California.

If I recall, this disgustng and immoral act by scientology ("Janney" had left a header in the material showing that it came directly from scientology.org) prompted Bob Minton to give me some aid so that the criminal cult could not so easily roll over me. And, as a matter of fact, the cult had to go into settlement neogtiations with me rather than risk trial.

Scientology: now it is different. Now your abuses will be told and memorialized forever on the Internet. We have each other and we will see your criminal element eliminated before we are done.

the activities of scientology's criminal "investigators" has resulted in them being denied entry to england, and gene ingram himself had to leave the country in a flap. it would be excellent to have one of these bastards arrested, if possible. if they know that they are wanted in the UK they will flee the country, as did gene ingram.

the UK does not put up with much from cult thugs. since you know in advance of the activities of these criminal scumbags, why not talk to the people you might suspect of being "targets," then get one of them to hold the PI there with BS long enough for someone else to call the cops and have him arrested?

is this a new PI? i haven't heard of this guy before.

perhaps he is not yet fully aware of cult depravities and might not choose to continue being associated with such scum. the other possibility is that he is related to bill franks, now an SP, a scieno who *invented* picketing scientology, and came up with the term "scieno" on his picket signs.

he was a pioneer in this regard.

i would take whatever chance you have to make preemptive actions toward these people. most people are fairly shocked and horrified when predictions of cult crimes become realities, and it tends to reinforce what you just told them, about what criminals these cultists are.

let as many potential victims know in advance what to expect, so they can react accordingly instead of being surprised by the crimes of scientology right at their doorstop. (the harassment is intended to drive people away from you--if you play it right, it can instead drive them *closer* to you.)

i'd as soon accept the "help" of thuggee assassins or crack thieves.

remind them of the activities of gene ingram in their country! he was sought by scotland yard earlier this year. if these "investigators" or rather criminal goons, are in any way associated with ingram, they may themselves be wanted for questioning.
